Peter Mulqueen
From a very young age, Peter worked with his Father Peter Snr. to ensure the ongoing success of Mulqueen Family Funerals and was an integral part of family discussions regarding ongoing issues the business faced.
His first official role was in 1978 when he was appointed company Secretary and soon after, Accountant for the family group.
Peter has previously worked within the Mulqueen Family Funeral business when required and although not physically on site these days, he is still involved in the business on daily basis.
His comprehensive industry experience has seen him a sort after nationally recognised speaker on funeral business financial management.
Most importantly, Peter believes it’s a privilege to be assisting and guiding Mulqueen Family Funerals, a business that has been part of the Bendigo Community since 1853, spanning 6 generations!
Kylie Brown
Kylie and her family made the tree-change from Melbourne then joined the Mulqueen Family Funeral team as Funeral Director and was quickly promoted to a management role. Kylie proudly brings over 10 years funeral industry experience in caring for families in times of need, direction and support.
Kylie fervent desire is to ease the anxieties when losing a loved one and having the difficult task of arranging a funeral. Kylie will walk with you so that together you can create a fitting celebration while you and your family can grieve the one you loved and lost.
When she’s not assisting our client families, Kylie is all about her own family. Although new to the Bendigo community, she has already created an impression and made notable contribution.
Rob Bayliss
Rob is a valued member of the Mulqueen Family Funerals his role is a Funeral Director/Arranger. Having a background in sales, he brings with him his extensive customer service skills to help families through one of the most difficult times they may experience and finds it a privilege to help guide families on their individual journeys.
Rob was born and raised in Bendigo. An avid gardener and cook who also loves theatre and choir. He is also a competitive Figure Skater representing Australia in the World Masters.
Jessica Tully
Jess knew from a very early age that she wanted a career in the funeral industry and after completing work experience with a local Funeral Director there was no holding her back. Jess commenced full time work in the funeral business immediately after leaving school and has professionally matured in the role of her dreams.
Joining the Mulqueen Family team, Jess manages the administration and front of house for Mulqueen Family Funerals. She is the reassuring and guiding voice over the phone, the warm and welcoming smile when you and your family visit us. She is creative, artistic and tenacious in achieving your funeral needs. Jess finds it a great privilege to assist families at such a difficult time.
Jess has rural roots, having grown up in the Pinnaroo and then Charlton but now proudly calls Bendigo her home.
Jade Kercheval
Jade is our dedicated pre-paid funeral consultant with over 20 years financial services industry experience. Jade can explain to you the benefits of pre-paid funerals and planning ahead to reduce the emotional and financial stress associated with arranging funerals.
Jade is compassionate, with a mature attitude towards end-of-life matters. Jade can help you make your choices now, so that you, and your loved ones, know your wishes are carried out, the way you wanted.
Originally from the Yarra Valley, Jade is grateful to be raising her family in Bendigo, enjoying city conveniences, a country lifestyle and being part of this growing community.
